Description

This application is for permission to remove Ash tree T99 under TPO 760. The tree has been inspected by two Tree surgeons and has been diagnosed with Ash die back disease. The surgeon has confirmed the tree is not in good health, with the end of branches showing signs of the disease. The leaves are very withered and dry. There are many Ash trees surrounding this subject tree that look very healthy in comparison. The tree also drops large branches onto the patio below, which is a risk to occupants. The tree is only 7m from the boundary and the branches are also close to the rear elevation of the property. As part of the application, we would be happy to replace this tree with a new species. The tree surgeon has recommended an Acer tree but we are open to suggestions.The application is for complete removal of the tree.
