T1 Lawson Cypress - remove x 3 drooping stems extending towards property by 3.5m as they are failing due to excessive weight in upper crown and at risk of snapping from the weight which would result in damage to propertyT2 Silver Birch - fell to ground level due to cavitiy on main stem situated 4m from ground level as a result the tree is showing signs of dying back and becoming unsafeG1 Border hedge line consisting of Beech, Elder and Ash - thin all Beech trees by 25% (cannot give amount in meters as this is thinning the crown by removal of interior branches of different sizes) to branch ends to try and encourage more dappled light to enter the property which is very dark
