The low branches are currently impacting the use of the footpath by pedestrians and forcing people to walk in the road. T3 Birch, fell. Dead. **This application should be considered for a 5 day notice as, in my opinion, it is causing a hazard for pedestrians using the footpath and T1 is dead and in falling distance of the road.**
