There are 3 trees to be dealt with:1. The Oak tree with a TPO marked as T3 on the boundary of Wolsey Road is dead and the branches are prone to fall down on the rear garden and the verge of the Wolsey Road and dangerous to passers by.2. A Yew tree marked as T4 at the back of the rear garden at the corner of the Wolsey Road is dead and needs felling. This tree does not have TPO on it3. A conifer tree marked as T5 in the rear garden on the boundary of 54 Sandy Lodge Road is very high and dangerous, so have agreed with the next door to reduce the height to 50% of the existing height - 5 to 6 metres.
