Description

The tree is the only tree in the front of the property. Standing on Overstream facing the house the tree is situated on the left hand boundary roughly 3m back from the road. I believe it is a form of plum treeIt has very recently developed a significant tilt away from our neighbour and onto our property. I am concerned that in the event of a storm or windy weather from the west that it will fall completely causing significant damage. The risk will increase as the leaf coverage increases and therefore I feel this needs to be addressed as soon as possible Much to my regret I think the tree will need to be removed completely. The tree will be replaced with something the same or similar
