Cypress (T90). This tree has grown to such an extent that it poses a risk to the property Flat 27a.In the recent high winds the tree has continually hit Flat 27a and this has dislodged the haunching of the concrete tiled roof. The tree is of such a height and spread that it could cause further significant damage should it deflect sufficiently or part of it fall.Proposed work: Whole crown reduction to 13m above ground level, to provide sufficient clearance to property.
