Description

The following two trees (T1&2) come under TPO285:1. Lime (T1) - Complete tree removal as we have been advised by an arborist that it is dying and rotten inside and is at risk of falling which would cause substantial damage to surrounding houses, properties and vehicles. No proposal to replant as it would be too close to neighbouring T2.2. Large Sycamore (T2) - 3m crown reduction and crown lifting (as advised by arborist), to allow for more light into garden, prevent lower branches obstructing drive and to prevent branches contacting house and garage Unknown if the following have TPO's on them:3. Smaller sycamore (T3) - Complete tree removal to allow for more light into garden and prevent branches from contacting house and garage. Tree appears diseased. No plans to replant due to close proximity to other trees in garden.4. Smaller sycamore (T4) - 3m crown reduction and crown lifting (as advised by arborist) to allow for more light into garden.
