Application Details
Description
Please consider my request for the removal of a self-seeded Sycamore tree and the reduction in height by 3m and 2m from the sides of three other trees (2xAsh, 1xSycamore), all grouped together, at the end of my garden. The reasons are as follows:The self-seeded Sycamore tree (first on the right as shown in the picture) and as shown on sketch plans A and B (marked as tree 1)- the roots are causing damage to the decking area which is creating an uneven surface which is dangerous to walk on and it obstructs access to my shed. Additionally the tree is causing damage to the fence (photo attached). The four trees (all shown in sketch plans A and B, marked 1 - 4) in a cluster are blocking a significant amount of light to my garden. A similar self seeded sycamore was removed from my neighbours garden a few years ago (photograph attached with the tree I am requesting to remove in the background).
