Note same application for works that have previously approved & carried out in 2014 under ref 14/0645/TPONote the tree has large branches which overhang the adjacent public carpark and our neighbouring property 37 High St. Our neighbours have complained that branches have fallen in high winds. It is our opinion that the tree is a hazard to users of said carpark.. Previous applications to fell the tree have been declined, hence our application to continue to thin
