1 x Oak - rear garden.We are requesting permission to remove one dangerously leaning tree and fell one dead tree. The reason for this request is that that one trees has grown at an angle and to a size that can't support its own weight, the other tree is dead so both are dangerous and are likely to cause damage to my neighbours property.I have been advised by the tree surgeon that in a storm it is very likely the tree could break and the dead tree is not stable.
