Description

(TBC/TR/86) Oak tree (T1) Felling of large oak tree to ground level in tenants back garden - casting shade onto the garden of the neighbouring property. Tree has been reduced in the past. The tree has large buttress roots and has decay pockets in between some of the buttress roots. One on the West and one on the South. There was also Ganoderma bracket on the west side of the base of the stem. There was also swelling at the base of the stem on the south side.
