Non Material Amendment to Planning Permission 23/01093/FUL to allow for the following alterations:1. Alterations to the glazing within the rear elevation at ground floor level. 2. Rear first floor windows on west elevation to be changed from two windows to one full height window with a glazed Juliet balcony balustrade. 3. Addition of single door into existing garden wall to provide access to utility room.4. Omission of basement proposal of terraces. Replacement with enlargement of small light wells adjacent to existing basement windows. 5. Elevation of ?Extension C? annotated on plans to be fairfaced red brick to match existing outbuilding instead of rendered blockwork. 8. Addition of PV Panels to the extension on the southern roof slope. To be recessed type which sits flush with the roof tiles.
