Description

An enclosed dog area. Est 0.7 acre used for dog exercise, and parking for 2 cars near the entrance. The kerb is already partially dropped but will need extending to accurately line up with the gate. Fence to be 5-6ft high, posts will be spiked in, negating the need for concrete and therefore enabling the site to return to pasture should it be required in the future. The car park will consist of secure ruggedised mats, again to enable removal without environmental damage. A water butt will be provided inside the fenced area. Dog waste bins will be installed on site and collected weekly. The gate will have have a code that changed periodically and the dog owners will be emailed the code prior to their arrival. Operating hours will be from 8am to 8pm. Only 1 booking will be allowed in the field at a time.
