Over-cladding of various external walls, new fascia and cladding replacement, replacement of existing vehicular gates, hardsurfacing and landscaping) to amend the wording of condition 2 to 'prior to the use of the extension, a signed statement or declaration prepared by a suitably competent person confirming that the site is, or has been made, safe and stable for the approved development' and remove condition 3 of the requirement for crossing points
