Replace defective roof slates with matching welsh slate, treat and redecorate all galvanised hips and ridges, remove, overhaul and repaint all rainwater goods and refit on new oak bobbins, where necessary replace cracked or broken sections with new cast iron, repaint all windows, treat and repaint cast iron cills and lintels and repaint all doors
