Description

Replace defective roof tiles with matching clay tiles, strip, re-line and re-lay all valleys, hips and ridges, repoint open parapet joints, repoint and deep pack replacement cast stone copings, renew rear flat lead roof, replace parapet gutter in lead, remove and treat all roof vegetation, remove, overhaul and repaint all rainwater goods and refit on new oak bobbins, where necessary replace any cracked or broken sections, repaint all windows, minor splice repairs to the outer linings, replace where necessary cill fronts, treat and repaint cast iron cills and lintels and repaint all doors
