Description

Repaint all external walls including stone quoins on rear elevation, refix slipped tiles, replace defective tiles, replace existing lead, repoint open joints, repaint roof lights, clear and repaint gutters, clear and treat vegetation on roof top, overhaul and repaint all windows including cast iron cills and lintels, clear and treat vegetation on stone cills and cornices above keystones, overhaul and repaint main door with triangular pediment, clear and treat vegetation on pediment and sandcast lead, remove, overhaul and repaint all rainwater goods and refit on new oak bobbins, install new cast iron rainwater down pipes where necessary, rake out and repoint chimneys and replace mortar flaunch where necessary
