Repairs and redecoration to the clock tower, clock face and wooden structure including weatherproofing and replacement of clock tower base, replacement of concrete ridge tiles and window vents with lead, replacement of parapet gutter linings and valley gutters with Terne coated Stainless Steel ,removal of the M&E support structure, renewing the flashings and weathering’s to the rear parapet and cast iron rainwater goods, window heads and cills, repointing of open joints to the brickwork copings, parapets and wall heads, repairs to the glazing and full redecoration of the exterior of the building
