Variation of Condition 2 (plans) of planning permission ref: 2025/26 dated 07/03/2025 (Redevelopment of site to provide 1x single dwelling and dog-kennels with associated landscaping and other works) to allow the substitution of approved plans rotating the building for better enjoyment of the property.
