Description

Row of 17 common lime trees located across western boundary of plot. Specification to fell and remove x 4 smaller, overtopped and suppressed specimens to 'thin' row of trees and improve the long-term structure and future management of the arboricultural feature. To crown reduce in height and lateral spread the remaining trees by 30% leaving them no shorter than 15.5m tall and to retain a future cyclical management period, allowing re-pruning of the trees back to their previous pruning points, once every four years for a maximum of four cyclical events (i.e Initial pruning undertaken in 2025; 1st cyclical pruning event by 2029, 2nd by 2033, 3rd 2037, final and fourth by 2041. Following this a new TPO application would be required.).
