Construction of new ancillary building to provide additional accommodation for the sole use of the existing dwelling) to allow for the removal of sauna extension to south elevation and removal of middle pitched roof element to make building a two stepped roof building instead of three. Insertion of window into opening where sauna has been removed. Removal of glazed corner window and replaced with two separate windows with a solid masonry pier between. Two windows along east elevation to be reduced in width.
