Variation of Conditions 2 (plans) and 3 (materials) of planning permission ref: 2021/543 (Part demolition of front projection and rear projection. Erection of two storey side/rear extension, first floor infill rear extension in association with roof extension over. Erection of dormer to the rear roof slope and changes from hip to gable to the rear in association with conversion of additional loft space to habitable accommodation. The following changes are proposed: Front elevation: Enlarged rooflights, alteration in design of double height fenestration. Rear elevation: Larger roof extension, larger windows in gablets, bays reduced in height, central window increased in width, redesign of ground floor with enlarged single storey rear extension similar to that approved under reference 2021/1148. Side elevation: Realignment of first floor bedroom window, change in door design, retention of round window at first floor level, eaves extended on roof, retention of chimney, change of materials to slate roof and rendered walls.
