Non-material amendment to planning permission 2023/828 ( Demolition of three agricultural buildings. Conversion of Shed 2 and re-building of Dairy Barn to form 2no. dwellings. Erection of detached single storey garage building with associated landscaping and parking areas [Alternative to planning permission 2020/2044). - Reduce the amount of north facing roof light glazing on the Shed 2 north elevation roof, viewable from the internal mezzanine level from the currently approved 32m2, to a proposed 6m2 in total in the form of 3 discrete north facing roof lights. -Relocate some of the roof light to the south elevation roof, comprising of 2 low profile discrete roof lights totalling 5m2. The overall reduction in roof light glazing being in total 21m2. - Add a south facing sloping roof terrace to improve the first-floor visual aspect. - Reduce the door and window head heights from the current approved 2.7m in height to 2.4m in height, leading to a greater distance in elevation presented from the roof gutter line to the tops of the windows and doors. On the east facing elevation a reduction in head height to large window opening and increase in width. On the west facing elevation the addition of a fixed panel window with fixed slatted cladding.
