Description

1. Change the roof construction over bedroom 4 and Bathroom 3 from a low pitch single storey existing construction to a steeper pitch with a flat roof section at the apex and add roofing insulation to the flat roof sections. 2. The flat roof over the play room is proposed to increase in height by approx. 200mm as we would like to add roofing insulation and 170mm to the exposed walls of the play room by adding external insulation.
