Non-material amendment to planning application 21/00527/FUL. Amendments to include:1- The second-floor apartment is proposed to be internally reconfigured from a one-bedroom flat to a three-bedroom unit. Two additional rooflights are also proposed on the front roof slope to improve natural daylight and ventilation to the bedroom and bathroom areas.2- The approved bicycle storage is proposed to be relocated from the rear garden to the basement level in order to retain the rear garden as a usable shared communal amenity space for residents, improving the quality and functionality of the external area.3- The amendment to the external finishing materials, changing the front elevation from brickwork to render.4- In addition, the front entrance detail is proposed to be amended by replacing the approved arched door head with a straight lintel and small canopy.
