Description

Raking out and repointing of the external stonework and windows set in stone surrounds, renewal of lead valley gutter and lead flat roof, and application of colourless Thermotek liquid applied brick sealant to stone window surrounds to prevent penetrating damp and mould growth to internal face of the stone window surrounds. Installation of 4mm meshed Cavity Drain Membrane fixed to internal wall surfaces using standard fixings, which will be sealed. All joints where flanged sections are located will be sealed with tape. Where studded sections meet, sealing rope will be used. New plasterboards are to be 'dab fixed' to the meshed sysyem, dabs are to be placed over fixing centres a finishing plaster is then applied prior to decoration.
