Description

Application for prior approval of proposed demolition of three existing structures located on Cadent's operational site which are greater than 50m3 and all flat roof construction:1. Transmission Governor House - 168m3 - constructed brick and breeze block with a concrete floor, previously used to house pipework which is now redundant. 2. District Governor House - 285m3 - constructed brick and breeze block with a concrete floor, previously used to house pipework which is now redundant. 3. Boiler House - 65m3 - walls and roof constructed of aluminum cladding with steel base frame and concrete below. Also used to house pipework which is now redundant.
