Description

Non-material amendment to planning application 22/01208/FUL. Amendments consist of: 1) Reduced area of translucent facade panels to the facade, including the removal of translucent panels at ground floor level of facade. 2) Reduced area of louvre facade panels. 3) Reduced area of brise soleil. 4) Removal of roof lights. 5) New roof hatches and roof walkway. 6) Simplified parapet design, where the width of the parapet is reduced. 7) Colour change of the feature yellow banding (new colour - blue) and 8) Updates to the mechanical services design, including increased size of the ground floor external plant enclosure and updated locations and sizes of mechanical roof outlets and flues.
