Variation of Condition 3 (External Facing Materials) from Planning Application S/HOU/25/0413.Other than the area proposed to be rendered as per plans "Proposed 3D Views - Rev B" and "Proposed Floor Plans and Elevations - Rev B" and as detailed in the covering letter, the development hereby permitted shall be constructed using external facing materials that match and correspond with those of the existing dwelling. Such facing materials shall be retained thereafter in their approved form. Reason: To ensure that the appearance of the development is satisfactory.
