Description

Non-material amendment to planning permission S/24/0574/JAAB to amend the approved soft landscaping to relocate a number of trees in response to detailed drainage design (root protection / SuDS lining), with no reduction in the total number of trees, no change to the overall landscaping concept and no change to the approved drainage strategy. The amendment is shown on updated soft landscape drawings 23.80-EDS-XX-ZZ-DR-L-GA_003_NMA, 23.80-EDS-XX-ZZ-DR-L-SW001_NMA, 23.80-EDS-XX-ZZ-DR-L-SW002_NMA and 23.80-EDS-XX-ZZ-DR-L-SW003_NMA. Amendment to wording of condition 2 will be required.
