Discharge of Conditions 4 (external facing materials), 6 (surface water drainage), 7 (drainage maintenance), 10 (footpath, 11 (CMP) 13 (Landscape), 15 (Environmental Noise Assessment Report) and 28 and 29 (3G pitch infill details) from previous approval S/23/1076/TB for the erection of extensions to driving range to create a 2 storey range, with new food and beverage provision and a partial 3rd storey with snooker/pool room. Creation of a raised external terrace to the south of the driving range, an increase in height to driving range ball stop fencing and provision of lake within range.
