Non material amendment to previous application S/HOU/23/1385 relating to 1. The tennis court to be moved further along the rear boundary. This to enable a greater quantity of tree planting and screening between it and the boundary/footpath to make it more private and not so visible from the public footpath. 2. Slight repositioning of the swimming pool and the pool plant shed (the shed has increased in size very slightly to accommodate the plant required for this size of pool). The size of the pool will not change.3. A Reduction in the square meterage of the paving around the swimming pool.
