Description

Discharge of condition 3 (recording of timber cabins, timber lobby, cupboards and sinks) for units 3,5 ,7 & 17 from previous consent S/LBC/21/1365 - Demolition of partitions and construction of new steel framed mezzanine structure, with glazed rooms underneath to upper ground floor of Unit 7; the removal of existing partition in unit 3 and construction of new studwork and partition to form two office units, each with a single entrance; installation of new WCs and kitchenette on lower ground floor of Units 3, 5 and 7.
