Description

Engineering works to Brockhole Stream in Clyne Gardens and along Woodman Lane, including the replacement of trash screens, headwalls and culvert sections, the diversion and widening of a section of channel, the replacement of sections of culvert with an open channel, the replacement of footbridges and a landscaped bund in Clyne Gardens, the re-profiling of ground in Clyne Gardens and Woodman Lane and vegetation translocation, removal and new planting - Non Material Amendment to Planning Permission 2022/0703/FUL granted 6th March 2024 to allow a reduction in the bunds earthworks at Clyne Gardens. A design change at Lodge Bridge to an arch deck, rather than flat. An increase in overall extent of earthworks at Lodge channel left bank. A widened weir (walls proposed to be straight and not curved) downstream of Lodge Bridge. Vehicle bridge at woodman car park width to be increased to aid vehicles and pedestrians. Woodman trash screen, arrangement of Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) ramp to be amended to suit new surfacing (tarmac) and wall arrangement.
