Construction of 113 dwellings - Non Material Amendment to Planning Permission 2017/1801/RES granted 13th November 2017 amending the approved finished floor levels of the dwellings on plots 64 - 66.The finished floor level of plot 64 will increase by 600mm. The finished floor level of plot 65 will increase by 150mm. The finished floor level of plot 66 will remain as approved. The change will result in the difference in ridge height between plot 64 - 66 decreasing from 78mm to 18mm.
