Description

Replace the flat roof covering down to deck with an Alumasc Derbigum Olivine system (including replacement of rooflights and deck repairs). Refurbishment of the parapet gutter to include raising the flashings, new liquid coating and enlarging the parapet gutter outlets to ensure sufficient drainage is provided.
