Description

The Reserved Matters application proposes the development of 1 no. retail unit at ground floor level and 14 no. apartments at first and second floor level pursuant to Condition 4 of outline permission 2018/2698/FUL granted 8th October 2019. - Non Material Amendment to reserved matters approval 2023/2467/RES granted 16th July 2024 to allow for:1. Cut back of ground floor plant room to avoid complex retaining works to the highway2. Amendments to the rear path for external access/exit to retail back of house3. Slight reconfiguration of internal floor levels with slight adjustment to height4. Omission of vertical brick banding between windows5.
