Non Material Amendment to planning permission 2017/2696/FUL granted 18th September 2018 to vary the wording of Condition 8 (site investigations) to read : "Before any construction works relating to the dwellings hereby approved commence on site a report of findings from a scheme of intrusive site investigations, designed by a competent person and adequate to properly assess the ground conditions on site and establish the risks posed to the development by past coal mining activity, together with any associated remedial and/or mitigation measures considered necessary, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The approved scheme shall be fully incorporated in the design and construction of the proposed development. Reason: To ensure that no development is undertaken which may be prejudiced by existing ground conditions."
