Pre-application enquiry - To add a small commercial kitchen into a Class D2 leisure business to take up less than 4% off existing floor area (9.8 m2). This kitchen will be to serve clients of lumberjack maximum of 36 per 2 hours, with pizza and sides.Only visible change to the outside of the premises would be a small extraction vent at the rear shown in picture 3. The kitchens will contain a small 3kw pizza oven and 2 Air Fryers so no gas is to be used, minimising the extent of extraction to heat removal. Operational hours will be from 4pm- 9pm on a weekday, 12pm- 9pm on Saturday and 12pmpm-7:30pm on a Sunday.No Structural Changes to be made. Room is currently not in use.
