Non-Material Amendment to the wording of Condition 20 of planning permission ref. no. 2013/0261 granted 25th April 2014, from: "Prior to the first occupation of the dwellings hereby approved, the pedestrian/cycle path shall be constructed linking the application site to the Footpath/Bridleway (LC37/LC38) and Waun Road in accordance with full details (including profiles) to be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority " to: " Within 2 months of the date of approval of this NMA, full details of the pedestrian/cycle path linking the application site to the Footpath/Bridleway (LC37/LC38) and Waun Road shall be submitted for the written approval of the Local Planning Authority. The pedestrian/ cycle path shall be completed in accordance with the approved details within 6 months of the date of their approval"
