Non material amendment to approved application DM2024/00155 which allowed the ''Non material amendment to approved application DM2023/01517 which allowed the 'Variation of conditions 1 (approved plans), 3 (demolition management plan), 4 (construction management plan), 5 (protected species assessment), 7 (written scheme of investigation), 8 (tree protection report) and 32 (internal floor space) of planning permission ref: DM2022/01134 (as amended by NMA decision ref: DM2023/01376 dated 26/09/2023) which allowed the 'Demolition of all buildings on site and erection of 3 buildings creating 4 industrial units (Use Classes B2-general industrial, and/or B8-Storage or distribution, and/or E(g)iii-Industrial processes), with ancillary offices, provision of vehicle parking, cycle storage, landscaping, alterations to access and associated infrastructure' to allow for the provision of mezzanine floors to Units 3 and 4 along with variations to the wording of planning conditions 1, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8 and 32' to amend the wording of condition 3 and 4.' to allow external changes to units 1-4 along with variations to the wording of planning condition 1.
