Variation of condition 1 (approved plans) of approved planning ref: DM2023/01353 which allowed the 'Erection of a part one, part two storey rear extension, conversion of loft space involving a dormer extension at rear, a window to flank roofslope and rooflights to front roofslope.' to allow changes to the materials at the rear, including tile hanging on first floor extension to be replaced with render to match first floor, change to the roof of the single storey rear extension from a pitched roof to a flat roof and addition of two rooflights at ground floor, removal of a chimney, alterations to windows on west elevation to create larger openings and widened loft to create a full width dormer extension.
