Non material amendment to approved application DM2018/01527 which allowed the 'Erection of a first floor side and rear extension and conversion of roof space involving the formation of side and rear dormer extensions and roof lights to all roofslopes and the reconfiguration of the existing 3 self contained units to facilitate the creation of 1 additional self contained unit.
