Non material amendment to approved application DM2021/02331 which allowed the 'Demolition of existing buildings and structures, erection of a 4 storey, two 6 storey and a part 6 part 8 storey buildings comprising 92 residential units, new pedestrian and vehicular access, amenity space, car and cycle parking, refuse storage, landscaping and public realm improvements' to allow 1) removal of arches, GRC cladding and replacement with architectural Blockwork to all blocks, 2) the addition of airbricks through the façade in either the brickwork or GRC to allow for the MVHR ventilation to all blocks, 3) fenestration alterations and addition of a glass balustrade to the roof terrace of block A, 4) increase in height of smoke shaft overrun to blocks B, C and D, 5) change of ivory colour to oyster white colour for metalwork & window/door frames of Blocks B and C, and 6) addition of louvered panels to transom of fixed window in entrance lobby of Block D.
