Description

T1 oak: Remove and plant replacement tree. The oak is the final tree in the line of 5 properties running east to west in proximity to the dwelling. The TPO plan shows two other trees in a similar position as the oak in adjacent garden of no. 7 which were allowed to be removed in TP/12/00129. Reason: due to the decline in the southern canopy, the bark damage on the south side commensurate with lightning damage, and its limited potential to re-establish a full canopy due to its proximal relationship with the dwelling and to allow a replacement tree to be planted further from the dwelling and patio area. Replacement tree to be Prunus pandora or similar toward the southern part of the garden.
