Description

T1: To remove the lowest identified limb and reduce lateral growth to the South by approximately 2-2.5 metres leaving a retained branch length of approximately 2 metres to establish a 2-2.5 metre clearance from the property. (Works subject to TPO 7/92).The above works are to establish a suitable clearance form the Western aspect of the property and to re balance the crown weight. The low lateral limb is being removed as there are signs of historic hazard beams and due to repeated pruning signs of decay. The works would not be detrimental to the tree and it would retain its amenity value and detract from the landscape.
