T1: London Plane - To reduce all round by approximately 2.5-3 metres leaving a retained height of approximately 12 metres and branch length of 4 metres, crown lift to 5.5 metre by removing trailingsecondary branching and the identified primary limb.The above tree has historically been reduced, the works are to re-reduce just above previous reduction points to retain the tree in its current location and size. If the re-reductions are left too long, they then become lapsed and can become unstable increasing the potential for failure. The works are to ensure the longevity of the tree and its health and to retain the tree long term. The works would not be detrimental to the tree or its amenity value.
