Description

T1 - Lime: Carry out a crown reduction/pollard by approximately 10m, leaving a tree height of approximately 15m and a crown spread of approximately 12m. Reason: Included unions at ground level leaving the tree susceptible to failure. A crown reduction of this proportion would alleviate the stress load on each union reducing the risk of failure onto the adjacent properties. In addition, this will retain the tree and allow it to continue to contribute to the amenity value of the tree line.
