Pervious consent received to reduce lateral branches to ensure 4m gap between branches and property. Work not carried out. Further identification of works required.Work Required: Reduce all crown across tree to achieve distance to adjacent property by 3 to 4m and balance across tree.Reduce to suitable growth point on branches. Reduce complete crown by 4m to reduce crown mass on all 3 stems, as required to balance tree on all sides. Lift crown to ensure 5m above ground level. Timing: Non urgent tree works are banned on the Keaver Drive estate and surrounding Burrow Hill nature reserve woodlands during breeding season.
