G1- Group1 are Hollies (Ilex) approximately 10.5m high 9m wide, located to the rear of the property in a South Easterly direction. The client proposes a reduction in height by around 4m which will make them 6.5m high. Their width will remain the same, it is only to allow more light into the property. T1&2- Two Holly trees (Ilex) also 10.5m high and 9m wide to fell to ground level and allow more light into the property. T3- Silver birch (betula pendula) located to the rear of the property in a Southerly direction. The client proposes a fell of this tree as it leans toward the property. It is currently approximately 20m high and 6m wide. T4 Silver birch (betula pendula) located in the rear of the property in the centre of the garden. The client would like it reduce by around 30% to maintain the tree, ensure it doesn't outgrow its position and allow more light into the garden. It is currently 11.8m high 3.6m wide and will be approximately 8m high and 2.5m wide following the proposed works.
